Returns and withdrawal
You can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt.
How to withdraw
Email us with your order number at the address on the Contact page within 14 days of receipt.
Returning the product
Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us. The customer pays the return shipping cost.
Refund
We refund the price and the original shipping fee to the same card within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the product arrives back.
